Can I order off-line?

Yes. All you have to do is select our printable order form. Print it, fill it out, and mail it to us (see form for details). You can also call us at 530-265-4503 to phone in your order.

Payment methods

For online and telephone orders we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and the American Express card. For offline orders by mail, we accept checks and money orders.

When is my credit card billed?

Shawls Unlimited verifies your credit card on receipt of order and charges it just prior to shipment.

Is there Sales Tax?

Sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped within the State of California. California State law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the orders. Charges for gift-wrapping, S&H, are considered part of the product and will be taxed at the same rate as items ordered.

Damaged or Missing Goods

In case of damaged or missing merchandise, the following procedure must be followed:

  1. You need to notify Shawls Unlimited customer service at 530-265-4503 within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

  2. Save all packaging and shipping materials until instructed by us what to do next.

  3. You will receive a Return Authorization number from us and/or instructions on what to do with the damaged item. (Return Authorizations are valid for 7 days, after which re-stocking fees may apply.)
