To request a Return Authorization

Returns Policy

  • You may review your purchase for seven days after receipt of your order
  • If you are not happy for any reason within these 7 days, contact us to request a Return Authorization number
  • You will need to provide us with the order number and let us know what you are returning
  • We will supply you with an RA number and the address to send it to
  • Regular refunds are for the full purchase price of the goods (excluding shipping charges) provided items are returned in the same condition as when shipped
  • Sale Items are Final Sales. We do not accept returns on Sale Items
  • You must request a Return Authorization within 7 days of your receipt of the item
  • We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization number from our customer service department
  • We do not accept returns to our PO Box

What happens next

  • You will receive a Return Authorization number from us and instructions on where to return the product
  • Returns must mailed back to us and postmarked within 7 days of your receiving a Return Authorization number
  • Please package the shawl in a cardboard box, no padded envelopes, insure it and return it to the address we provide
  • Items must be returned to us in the condition they were sent, with tags intact. Shawls must be returned in unworn and pristine condition
  • We will mail you a refund check to your billing address
  • If the item is a gift to you, we can offer you an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund the original purchaser
  • After 14 days Return Authorizations are cancelled and returns refused
  • For orders shipped to Canada, please note that you will be responsible for any re-import duties imposed by US customs. Any such amount will be deducted from your refund
