This is a statement scarf and is best worn folded in half to make a triangle and then wrapped around the neck like a kerchief in front with the tails dangling.

A little bit dangerous, this scarf has been spotted on the black outfits of fashion conscious Europeans. It's essentially a 40 inch square of polyester with 3.5 inch fringes on each side, but it feels like a soft cotton. Can be washed. Some slubs. The metallic glitz threads give it a certain pizzaz and of course the price is great for a stunning new look.
