Westport Throw

A unique handloomed throw from weaver Jacqueline Hervey. Jackie has plied together several fibers of different hues to create an almost abrash effect, such as you find on fine oriental carpets. The predominant tones are orchids, mauves and lavenders with pale dogwood and dusty pink. A recent 2nd prize winner at the Nevada County Fair in California.

On the reverse, and equally wearable side, the whites and pinks come to the fore. This throw is crafted mostly of cotton with a small amount of rayon. A large rectangular blanket type of throw about 72 inches by 54 inches plus 6 inch fringes. May be machine washed and dried or dry cleaned. Looks wonderful across your favorite sofa or chaise longue or take in the car for use at outdoor events. Its classic good looks and casual styling will go anywhere.
